can anyone recommend a boatyard on the West coast of Florida that can perform some major fiberglass and core repairs.

Where on the West Coast? Tampa Bay? Ft Myers/Lee County? or someplace else? the west coast of Florida like the east coast covers a lot of diverse area

That area in Saint Petersburg near Bayboro, Salt Creek Marine District, has two or three of 'em actually. I used this one to haul and decommission my P-30 for the trip to CA in 1999.
