I see alot of sailboats with flooring in them that looks like mahogany strips with white"chinking" between them.I was suprised to see a small sheet of it in a marine consignment shop.I asked the owner of he knew where to get some & he was no help.
Does anyone know where i can get a sheet of it?
Thanks

It's teak and holly. Veneers are widely available in sheets through lumber yards and stores. Google is your friend. The real thing is expensive by comparison but can withstand more wear and abuse and can be refinished. Nothing can look more nautical.
