It's Don Guillette's Sail Trim Guide. At least the laminated cheat sheet survived.

Also lost Chapman's and Casey's This Old Boat, and about 5 other sailing books, and my West Marine Catalog. Oh the tragedy.

Come to think of it, I should have posted this on Don's forum.

Ah yes, Guillette, not Casey.

Its actually a good read that improved my knowledge of sail trim significantly. (I would never buy printed publications just for the pictures...)
