I tried to buy a Fleming wind vane, and I have been ripped off. There are two Fleming web sites. Both written buy the same person, Kevin Fleming, but only one the real site liscensed to sell Fleming wind vanes. If you are not dealing with Kevin Fleming directly please investagite. I will document all of my dealings with Collin Hills, once an employee of Fleming wind vanes; now using Fleming Marine as thier "name". I will document this for any one. If you are dealing with the real Kevin Fleming do you want to do business with some one that knows this is happening and does nothing to stop it. This has been going on from 2002 till now. Mark Bryant
