Martin County, Florida operates a pumpout on a pontoon, visits St Lucie River and Manatee Pocket anchorage areas, mooring fields and marinas on a regular schedule weekly. Will also come on a special call if given two days lead time. Contact any marina in the area for info/phone #.

Marathon / Boot Key operates two pump out boats for boats moored ... on a weekly scheduled basis and price/cost is included in mooring fee.
Also dockside pump-out at municipal marine.

Your link doesn't load for me- the little gears go round, and round, and round.

But Ft Myers Beach has a pump out boat, fee included in mooring fee.

The Boot Key pump out is also a part of your dinghy dock fee, if you anchor and don't take mooring.
