I am the proud owner of a 22 foot O'Day that I'm in the process of refurbishing (sound familiar ?). My present problem is that the sheaves at the masthead for the halyards are frozen. I've removed the cleavis pins but they don't want to budge. Is there something else I need to do or are they just frozen in place? thanks for any input.
