Ave spent time, money and aggravation this winter trying to get rid of deck leaks. Hand rails we're removed and rebedded etc. replacing the opening ports but the two fixed ports remain. They don't leak but that is because the first weekend aboard 4 years ago they leaked so badly you'd have thought the plexiglas wasn't there. The following weekend I removed all the caulk I could and resealed. They are far from things of beauty but they haven't leaked.

With the new ports going on I have been giving them some thoughts. I spoke to Newfound metals and if I square the opening they could make replacements. I also wondered if I could a an opening hatch or two small ones that might fill most of the opening and glass or some other way close the opening to fit them. Any thoughts?

Thanks Steve, would like not to have to monkey to much with the openings so this might work. Will reach out to them.

There is also another company in So. Cal. (Corona California) that makes them with plastic frames by the name of Mark Plastics. I don't know much about them any more, but they may be a little less expensive.
