fixed lights in cabin roof on Beneteau

Has anyone replaced the fixed lights on cabin roof of Beneteau? If so where did you get the replacements? Is there any special tricks to doing it?

I am pretty sure that everyone with a +10 year old boat with deck dead lights has had to reseal or replace those things. Do a search, this comes up about once a month. Hunters have 'em too.
