Does anyone have experience of fitting either a Rocna or a Manson Supreme on a 423 or 393 or 473 ( I think they all have a similar bow roller arrangement ) on my 2005 423 there isn't much space between the bow roller and the step in the pulpit . I was hoping to fit a Rocna 25k .
Thanks

Have you looked on the Rocna website? I only ask in a spirit of friendliness, and sometimes the most obvious thing to do hasn't been done yet. They have a ton of pictures, mine among them.

Good luck.

We have a B49 so not the same as the boats you are asking about but for what they are worth, here are a couple of pictures of our Rocna on Second Star:

Have a Mantus Supreme 66# anchor on my B411 bow roller. Fits and works fine. Pretty much the same dimensions as the Rocna. The older Beneteau Oceanis bow rollers were built for proper size anchors.

Thanks for your comments. I will follow up with the guys at Mantus and Rocna. Just FYI this is a picture of my boat - you can see the issue ! Gunni - how does that compare with your B411 ?

Pretty similar to my bow roller, and it looks like you have your anchor cinched up tight enough to bring the shank up off the roller. I bring my anchor in until the curve in the shank meets the roller, and lock down the chain with a chain hook. Works well. Deploying your anchor you will feed out the rode with tension so the shank does not rise up as it goes out over the roller. So you should have no problem. Sorry, I don't have a photo to share.
