First try lowering mast

Wasn't keep track of time but I think it was about 45 mins. start to finish (arrival to leaving the yard). This was a Starwind 22 which has a Kenyon mast mount the same as a H23.

Dropping the mast on my 240 takes 5 minutes plus another 30-45 minutes to tie everything up. I make sure to lift the spreaders up with bungee cords or the vibration will eat a hole in the deck. I tie these off to the lifelines. I use the small bungee balls(9" long ) and they work great. You can get them at Wal-Mart. Tie the stays off down the length,using about 4-5 to do this.
