First time winterizing

Was wondering if someone out there could explain the proper procedures for winterizing the H34. I think I have a pretty good idea what I need to do but I want to make sure I get it right. Thanks for your help. Dave

Winterize

I have a 37.5 but this list is kind of generalized for most sizes: Pump out the holding tank and add antifreeze Freezeproof the toilet: Empty freshwater tank Drain the water heater Drain or protect pumps and hoses Remove Speed log before hauling Clean refrigeration condenser Empty shower sump add antifreeze Empty CNG lines Remove sails Remove canvas Lubricate furling systems Service winches Remove batteries Scrub the exterior Touch up Teak Wax fiberglass surfaces Lube and Close all seacocks Vacuum clean Prop up cushions Empty lockers Open lockers and drawers and hatches Cover the boat Engine Change oil in engine and transmission Top-off fuel tanks and add biocide Clean air filters Flush raw-water circuit w/fresh water Protect raw-water passages w/anti-freeze Remove raw-water impeller (store in olive oil) Degrease, derust, touch-up Grease stop cables Spray WD40 on unpainted parts
