Does anyone know what the thickness of the hull is in the area where the transducers are mounted? A Garmin 441 chart plotter came with my boat and seeing as haul out is tomorrow I am of course looking for ways to spend $$. Depth on my boat apparently hasn't worked for years and seeing as adding a transducer and connecting it to my plotter would solve that problem, I am thinking about it. Garmin has one that shoots through the hull but the hull thickness has to be 5/8" or less.
