Back in July 2011 I took my H-36 out for new bottom job and than Shoulder surgery in August and for the last 6 months been been land locked but finaally I got her new bottom paint this past week due to my should doing much better.
Tomorrow All American boat yard will lift Seadaddler back into the water finally and can't wait to sail her again.
Seadaddler has a new bottom paint with SR60 and new compound and wax on her hull and top side and she is looking so good.
Good night you all and I'll be rising at 6 am for sure if I can really sleep.

Six months for a bottom job? I hope they were not charging an hourly rate. Just yanking your chain. The weather tomorrow will be perfect for a shakedown sail, enjoy.

Shoulder

I get to see how much my shoulder has really healed and if my crew is up to sailing as I give them orders.
I sure hope eveything is working OK and all systems do there thing as she is lowered into the water,I have checked everything but you know I am rusty and feel like a newbie until we hit the water and than into action making sure all is well.
It's only been 6 months but it feels like more than a year not doing much, she looks so pretty with her new bottom paint and wax like she is dressed to go to the ball room into Charlotte Harbor and off to the Marina.
