just finished painting under the supports today, checked and fixed the last of the electrical gremlins, new head, new plumbing, new bilge pump, new cushions, new settees, new windows new batteries and many more.
next year I'll tackle the eye candy aspect of her, but for this year I'm pretty much done.
just need some curtains for privacy and some time on the water.

I'll be the second or third to splash on Wednesday morning, hoping all will go well, the boat hasn't seen water since 2010.
it will be my first time using a crane to launch a boat and a first time using a masting crane, checked all the rigging and I'm only missing a clevis pin, so I'll order it tomorrow.

How many times have I said that!
Good luck splashing your boat! Slow and steady is the key. Lots can go wrong if you rush it.
Have some extra pins. They seem to be attracted to water!

it was scary (for me anyways) but she's in the water, just had to be escorted to my dock as the outboard ( lehr 5hp) broke an o-ring so no gas to the engine, but no water seems to have gotten in the boat, I'll check again tomorrow morning before we get the rest of the boats in
