Filling holes in floor after elec head install

I have just replaced the manual Jabsco head on our 361 with an electric Raritan Sea Era head. I managed to cover 3 of the 4 old holes with the new head but the front left hole is visible. I tried filling it with white silicone, but it looks terrible. Any suggestions on what to fill this with to make it blend in with the floor?

You can use MarineTex white. Over fill a little and then wet sand flush before it gets too hard.

Ended up using a stainless carriage bolt to fill the hole. Finishes it off nicely without looking like I tried to match color but didn't.
