The water tank for the sink is pretty hard to access. What tricks do you all have for filling it, and then making sure it's drained at the end of the season? Are you using a siphon of some kind? Recs please!

I cut the bottom out of a small bottle of water and use it for a funnel. Then I fill it from a gallon jug.The water tank for the sink is pretty hard to access. What tricks do you all have for filling it, and then making sure it's drained at the end of the season? Are you using a siphon of some kind? Recs please!
