Are you trying to replace the fiddle block or just the sheaves?
Most fiddle blocks I've seen are permanently assembled and do not allow sheave replacement (Shaefer may be different - I've seen some sheave axles on theirs that are bolted in). What brand is the fiddle block? The manufacturer may be able to help. A replacement should not be terribly expensive; frequently less than a boat unit ($100). Check this out:
