My 22ft sailboat cockpits seats fiberglass covering the plywood lifted up and made the ply rot.:cry: How would I repair this?

The first step would be to take some pictures of the cockpit seats and post them here. Without a picture it is pretty difficult to guess what needs to be done.
It is likely that you will need to remove the old rotting ply, replace with new marine ply (if you can find it) and re-epoxy/glass it in place.

If they are simple ply seats covered in glass, remove the top skin to expose the rotten ply. Replace the ply. Re-glass over the ply. Apply Gelcoat. Enjoy...
