Does anyone have experience installing and using the Ferriello (New Providence Marine) holding tank internal sensor rod? I'm thinking of drilling a hole in the top of a poly tank and installing the PVC tube with the sensor tapes inside(rod);and connecting to their one tank solo Profile display. Can't get access to install the tapes on the side of the tank. How easy is this and does it work well? Allan

Works just fine...
If the internal sender works in a metal tank, it'll work equally well in a plastic tank. And the Profile gauges DO work! As for how easy it is to install...if you have a plastic tank, and can use the external sender, it'll probl'ly be easier to do what it takes to gain access to a vertical surface of the tank than to drill a hole in the top and seal the tank around the internal sender.
