Hi all,

My project to save our planet includes reviving dead fenders. I tried Great Stuff foam which didn’t last the repeated pounding. So I put my noodle to work and stuffed pieces of noodle inside of my fender. 5 noodles cut in half works fine to fill mine and then I super glued the hole shut. Sea trial tomorrow.

Too bad they're not manufactured that way from the beginning. That and and air charge would make them really nice. Did you ever try tire sealant slime? I wonder if that would work.

If they're TaylorMade fenders, many of them have a lifetime warranty. I got a coupla replaced that way. Now of course for planet saving purposes that assumes Taylor is recycling the vinyl in the burst fenders.

Slime didn’t work, maybe my crack was too big. (Quite Ron)

Some of mine aren’t Taylor made. I thought Taylor was only replacing valve issues?
