any suggestions as to source for replacement aerators for the galley and head sinks--they are different--on my B40.

Justin's right. Like bellybuttons, they make "innies" & "outies" for those aerators. I got one at Canadian Tire that has a shutoff button, great watersaver. There are others, too. Most aerators these days are max 2 gpm anyway, but a positive, easy to use shutoff is great - one handed operation. I used to have a wand variety by Scanvik, but this is way better.

Or better yet a choice of 3 one touch tap aerators. I happen to have the swivel model. They all will save water, and keep water off the counter from turning the tap on and off with wet hands.
