Hunter 33_77-83 Lake Lanier GA
has anyone got Uncle Harry's address....

It seems I have lost it and thought maybe I better visit him so he will remember me! However, just in case, I've got my dream boat... have been most pleased from the first day .. over 21 years ago. She is a Hunter 33, 1982 model. My dreams are within my means. It would be a nightmare to own a boat I could not afford to keep up or repair myself. Money is not always the answer to happiness.

God bless Uncle Harry!

Since money isn't a consideration, I'd buy my "dream boat", a Hunter 356 set up to single- hand (as best as can be expected), and still keep my H23 "Munchkin" in the dock beside it for those days I want to relax and do things the "old fashion" way.

It Would Have to Be Trailerable

So I would get a 26X MacGregor with all the trimmings

one that suits best your needs !!!

Well, i have a small family of five, let me explain, my wife and i, two daughters and a 75 pounds dog. It might sound strange that i mention the dog but, i currently own a cs 27 from canadian sailcraft witch have flared sides and it is a nightmare for the dog to go from the cockpit to the bridge because it is too narrow. Second, i need an aft cabin for the girls in order to alleviate the "transform the saloon for the girls to sleep then you can do nothing after they go to bed" task. Those who have young children will understand: try to get them asleep in the same room while on vacation... Third, it's obvious that the cruising program will be mostly coastal as long as the children are there, so i need a good light air coastal cruiser for now, with aft cabin. The hunter 34 is perfect for me while still reachable from a financial standpoint. they sell for about 40000 us$. it is just perfect for me.
