Famowood Epoxy Coating?

Has anyone ever heard of Famowood Epxoy Coating? I have a friend that finished all of his counters and serving table with it for his wine cellar. It looks beautiful. He tells me that it was easy too apply and extremely durable.

Do you think that it would be suitable for interior teak finishing instead of varnish or PE finish?

Yes, it is basically what a lot of bars and other commercial work surfaces are treated with. It builds a very thick finish that is fairly clear. I don't know if I'd use it on interior teak on a boat, because, like most epoxy finishes—it probably has UV degradation issues.
