Can anyone tell me the specifications of a Facnor R24 shackle? I can't seem to find the specs anywhere. It has a small diameter pin with no wiggle room. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Are you referring to the shackle on the drum to attach the sail to the drum?
If so, it is probably a Wichard since the same company owns Facnor and Wichard. Measure the hole and it is probably one of these:
