Planning to make hatch and port covers for 2007 Hunter 45CC. Would appreciate suggestions as to grade of Sunbrella fabic to use and suggestions for design, materials etc.

Forget Sunbrella fabric
Take a look at WEATHERMAX. IMHO it is a far Superior fabric that is lighter, stronger and more stain resistant. It also stands up the UV far better than Sunbrella.
