Has anyone come up with a cleaver place or way to store the extra dining table section when not in use. Our boat is a 45cc and we presently store it under the mattress in the forward berth when underway.

We do the same after first putting it into the canvas bag Hunter provided with the boat. On the 50 we have found a clever place to store the cushions that go on the dining table, under the stairs (which are of open design).

Why do you take it out of the table?
I've never taken mine out on the 49. I just don't see the point.
On my 41 we put in the drawer under the sofa. I took it out to make more room around the table and also to be able to occasionally drop the table to make up another bunk.
