External parts of engine control

I have a 1987 Catalina 27. It has an inboard universal diesel. There are several outputs behind the engine control panel including a canister. Pictures are attached. I can’t seem to find reference to these in the manual. Can someone help me identify?

Coupla SWAGS 'cause I can't see 'em up close, but I suspect that the one connected is an old antenna connection.. It looks like a LORAN (pre-GPS) connector and the other might be a 12V outlet for an old Q-beam light or something like that. Like I say, just a guess.... would have been owner installed so no literature.

That makes sense. I couldn’t find it in any other literature.
