Hello All, I have a H336. Recently I found that when I have the engine at 1500 RPM, it seems to run fine. When I increase it to about 2200 RPM, I start to get Decent amount of white smoke from the exhaust. Any ideas on how to diagnose this problem would be greatly appreciated.

white smoke is indicative of overheating. You need to check the entire raw water system to make sure there are no restrictions. ie broken raw water impeller, blockage in the raw water strainer, or a carbon build up in the exhaust elbow. Also check the coolant level to make sure you are not loosing it to a head gasket leak.

Bob, I have checked the raw water pump, strainer and the coolant level. All looks fine. How do I check the Carbon build up in the exhaust?
