exhaust flap

Any idea where I can get the little plastic flap that covers the opening in the transom. The fitting in the transom is in tack and it looks as if the flap just snaps on the hinge piece. Thanks for any info.

no cost solution

While cruising in Maine, I cut such a flap out of the lid of a white, five gallon, plastic paint can. After 7 years, it is still in place.

Another version

I went stainless a few years ago and although it was a bit more pricey than a 5 gal bucket I don't get the black exhaust druel down the transom anymore. The Stainless version is also a bit more noisey than plastic.
