my dock mate (nice guy for a powerboater). Just had his 15hp outboard stolen. He keeps it on a rib attached to weaver davits with fancy tilting mount. It was locked using a fairly thin cable lock which was cleanly cut

He wanted me to make sure us wind bags didn't suffer the same fate
