Here is what I see behind the panel on my Hunter 376. What do you think? Do you see anything stupid? I already removed what appeared to be an amplifier for the CATV which was hooked up to a breaker still labelled spare...

That with board with the letters carved on it is not attached to anything...just sits there. That seems odd.

:plus:
Yes, AC system connections should have a cover(s) over it.
:plus:
In both the circuit breaker area and the ground neutral area

Also get a brother label maker and mark all the grounds and neutral

The small euro style terminal block is not fastened down and looks messy

Also it looks like many of the connections are spades without the capture claws. These are not allowed by ABYC. Only ring or spade with ends turned up.

Looks line the second (White) wire on the second set of circuit breakers from right has bee over heated.

Anytime I see a fixed length wire wrapped upon itself several time and then tie-wrapped I get nervous. For testing in a new installation that is fine. But once the parts are installed all on the same plane or surface that will not be removed, the length should be shortened so that there is no extra. For the radio, that is an exception as that can be removed from the front.
