If you are referring to the Ericson forum here on SBO, there is no specific admin. As for the Ericson.org site, I have no way of knowing. Might be best to post that question on the Ericson site.

I was referring to the ericsonyachts.org forum. I could not post to the forum because I could never receive a confirmation email to complete membership, then I found a comment form but never got a reply. I finally found that gmail was not accepting their emails and had to use a different email provider

I sold my Ericson 8 years ago but my login still works and I see recent posts. So I'd say it's still alive.

I am a moderator on that site, and the owner checks in several times a week. site is busy every day.
You can relay to me a "private message" using that feature on this site.
FWIW, the Ericson 35-3 owners are an especially active group on the EY site.

I was able to get an account active by using a non-gmail account. gmail will not accept email from the site because it needs minimally to have a SPF DNS record. It is a simple text DNS record that announces what email servers are legitimate sources for your email.
This is what the SPF record looks like for this site:

v=spf1 a mx a:sailboatowners.com ip4:216.176.176.245/30 ip4:212.146.200.28 include:_spf.google.com -all

I would appreciate that being added myself because my gmail is what I check mostly

I have no experience with coding, so cannot comment on the example. I do know Gmail can have problems with other servers, and that sometimes that is deliberate. I have a backup email address at Gmail, and use for another smaller group list that I participate in. All that said, I have little love for our primary account thru Comcast, either! That service will sometimes block mail for no logical reason. (Gripe gripe... grumble grumble.... )
