83 Mac21 fitted with the above mentioned winches. One winch turned hard. Disassembly revealed a strip of material which obviously forms the "bearing". On the hard to turn side, the strip was out of place and balled up at the top. With the strip removed, the winch exibits excess side play. What is this material, and where can I get some? The winch manufacturer is in Holland, and an email to the US distributor yielded no reply.
