engine zincs

I have a Yanmar 2GM20F in my boat - are there zincs I need to change? if so, where are they located? thanks in advance for any help, Pat

No

If it is F that Means fresh water and no Zincs,if fresh water it has cap to check antifreez with heat exchanger.

I knew the F is for fresh water, but there is saltwater in the heat exchanger also right?

Yes, but the dissimilar metals are effectively isolated (according to Yanmar).
