Just splashed Bella Luna after 3 years on the hard. We finally recovered from the drought.
Anyway, it looks like my shifter cable is frozen solid. I can shift from the lever on the transmission with the cable disconnected.
Anyone know the part numbers for the shift cable AND throttle cable and where to get them? May as well replace both, they are original.

Thanks!! Great to be back on the water!

Before spending all that money, I would remove the cable and soak in mineral water or lightweight oil. All it needs is lubrication. If you decide to replace it, you would have to remove it anyway.
There are printed text on the cable that will help you order a new one.

Good morning, Justin. Hunter used mostly Teleflex brand cables for throttle and shifter controls. Most local chandleries will carry this brand. All you need is the length and to make sure the ends match what you have. Usually one end has a threaded rod for a clevis that you can reuse from the old cable, the other end bare wire. Joe's tip might work.

Thanks guys. SBO parts list said they have 0 in stock but they said they will have them shipped to me! I wasn't going to mess with 35 year old cables.
