Engine mount identification

Can anyone identify brand of motor mount? If you were to add a shim underneath, would you make it of stainless or aluminum?
Would you make full length under both and wrap around engine bed log or individuals?

Went with R&D, they same company as PSS dripless shaft seals. PYI. Gave dry weight and foot print measures. Will photo and post when in. Went with stainless shims.
