Does anyone make a engine davit/lift (4 hp) that can be attached to the arch without drilling more holes in the boat?

Garhauer Marine has a crane assembly a bunch of people here in SoCal use. I'm certain that if you gave them the OD of the arch tube, they could make a mount for one easily. Check their website and give them a call. See the link.
