Engine Commissioning

Can anyone point me to a site where I can read about changing fuel filters on the Universal M 25 XP? I did it last year and the only issue was bleeding the fuel lines.
Also, Where can I get a new Fuel Return hose that attaches to the bleeder valve. It has a very small inside diameter.

Do you what size the FUEL RETURN HOSE IS? It is the small hose from the one injector to the Bleeder valve.

Bob, IIRC it is 1/4", those short lines while the return from the engine to the tank is 5/16.

I changed the filters, Pri and Sec.
I then turned the key to start the fuel pump. Did this for at least 10 min.
Should the fuel pump sound different when it is bleed? I opened the bleed valve an at this point I am not sure if it is bleed correctly?

Bob, the pump will sound different when the knurled knob is open. The clicks go to very short intervals, like a machine gun running/firing. When the knob is closed and the system is properly bled, the clicks slow way down. If not bled and the knob is closed, the clocks remain rapid. Be patient. If the bleeding isn't finished, the engine won't start - that's how you know. :dance:
