Engine antifreeze disposal

I am preparing to flush the engine block antifreeze on my Yanmar 2GM20F. Right now I can't recall whether it is the green stuff or orange not that it makes a difference. My question is where does one legally dispose of the old?

If you are in a marina they may have a disposal area. Otherwise you can bring it to most auto parts stores but they might charge a fee.

Isnt having a recycling center a part of getting a "clean marina" designation? Might start looking for that certification...
