Instead of converting my icebox, I'm considering purchasing a small refrigerator/freezer unit. The Engel® 43 Qt Portable 12VDC Freezer - Refrigerator seems to fit the bill and has a locking mechanism to keep it from sliding around. Anybody had any experience with this product? If so, please share your story! Thanks, Michael O'

I have owned one for just over two years and the unit works great. Mine is a 30qt unit that was a boat show close out. I love it. Draws less than three amps when running and is pretty quiet. Ryan
