I do most of my own splicing of 3-strand and double braid, but would like to know if there are instructions available to do an end-to-end constant diameter splice of double braid. I have a Hood 810 Line Drive furler that used a continuous loop that needs replacing and would need to do such a splice for a new furling line. I have found instructions for end-to-end splicing, but they will not produce a constant diameter product.
