Elevating Hunter 25 Cam Cleats

I want to elevate my cam cleats since they are too low for the jib sheets. I noticed that others have posted that they have done the same to elevate the cleats. I went to the West Marine catalog and see Harken cam cleats and spacers, but the cam cleats on the boat are Shaefer. Do I have to change both the cam cleat and the spacer to Harken? What has everyone else done?

Actually anything that raises the cleat should work. Some people have fitted a teak block under cleat.

I bought a Harken 295 spacer. I will try it tomorrow, if it doesn't rain.
