To start your trouble shooting, is the entire circuit dead or just certain lights? Start by checking for current on both sides of the circuit breaker/fuse. If parts of the circuit are working check back to the last connection and work forward from there. It really isn't rocket science but just a matter of tracking down the probable faulty connection.
you just need to measure voltages at both points. Many, Many times the problems are from corrosion. Get out a voltmeter and see if you have voltages at the loads. Should be simple to trace it back if you dont.
We are also having a problem with the electrical on our 23.5, nothing is working, I am wondering if the masthead electrical socket has to be plugged in, to complete the circuit? Not sure , this boat is new to us.Thanks
