On a modern smart charger, yes. On the Charles charger no. The Charles stays at the bulk rate for 4 hours regardless of the batteries state of charge. At the end of 4 hours, it shifts to float, regardless of the batteries SOC.thanks for the help. The meter on the central circuit panel says it is charging at about 13.6 V. Doesn't that mean it is charging at the appropriate voltage for fully charged batteries?
The analog meters are only rough estimates, the digital meter is more accurate and at 13.53 is close enough to 13.6.
