I am the owner of a 1991 Beneteau 440 built in France and used initially in Guadaloupe as a Moorings vessel. Several of the breakers on the electical panel have failed and need replacing. I have been unable to get replacement parts with the correct mounting at the local dealers in the Caribbean. The spacing of the mounting screws is measured at 1 1/4 in (but is more likely to be the metric equivalent). Can anyone please tell me where replacement parts may be obtained. I live in the Toronto, Canada area and would like to get new parts to take to Grenada in January. Is there a suitable distributor in my area or must I order directly from Beneteau? Thanks for any help, regards, Steve Brockhouse

Steve; My Bene 400 was built in the USA, but I think the DC panel may be the same. It's made by a company called Bass Industries in Maine, USA. I've gotten replacement parts from them before. Good luck.
