Electric splitter?

Short answer, not likely unless your supply is 50A splitting down to two 30A cords. Splitting a single 30A cord to service two 30 A circuits would overload your supply circuit, your connectors, and your cord. If your slip is provisioned with 50A service it will have a 50A-configured receptacle and you can use an adapter cord that splits that supply down to two 30A pigtails.
Only if you make sure that
1) the cord can handle the amps
2) the shore side outlet can handle the amps
To run two 20 amp circuits on the boat you need a 40 amp outlet onshore. They don't make those so go up to 50 amp outlet.....oh yea that has a different outlet plug pattern than a 20-30 amp outlet so you need that cord. DO NOT cut off the end of a 20-30 amp cord and replace it with a 50 amp end. The cord wires will be overloaded

It actually depends on what you will be powering. The above comments make assumptions about your load. Having said that, depending on what circuits you want to power, you may be able to just connect one input and be okay. As an example, if you just wanted to power up the battery charger.

+1 to Ken. Say you want to use the air conditioning, you could have it on and turn on other circuits to see what you can get away using. It would depend on the draw of your AC, but I guess your AC breaker can tell you that? The splitter would allow you to switch between the 2 AC panels instead of having to go outside and change them in the dark. You'd still have 30 amps to use, and could most likely run the charger and/or the water heater and/or AC. MAYBE. You'd just have to try it and see what you can use.
You also need to understand how the AC panel is wired up. On my 40.5 the second AC shore power inlet only powers the Air Conditioner. I imagine that that would be typical.
Our boat is setup for 60amp service using two cords A/B and B. The main panel has two choices as well; A/B and B as I recall. Never used the second cord because I manage power consumption to within the 30amp service. The B side is designed to operate the two heat pumps together while the A side runs everything else. I like the design that Hunter built into the boat because everything will run on the A/B side, jut make sure you stay within the 30amp service. The poster's boat may be setup the same way.
