Peggy- While familiar with the manual heads I have had on other boats, the electric heads on my '97 Passage 42 are foreign to me. Have had 0 problems. What kind of periodic maintenance should I be doing? Thanks!

Ah, now you're gonna make me get the book out!
They are in a 1997 (manufactured in '96) Passage 42. Any more info and I will have to wait until the weekend, and by then I convince myself I really don't want to touch that which is working!

much maintenance. But symptoms can be make/model specific. Since they were OEM installed, my guess is they're Jabsco's. If you don't want to wait till you get back to the boat, spend some time on a few of the mfrs' websites. Electric toilets are a lot easier to tell apart than manual toilets. Btw...if you'd gotten the book out in the first place, you wouldn't have to ask me how to maintain 'em. It's IN the book!))
