I purchased my 1984 25 two years ago. I have not repainted the bottom since then. I do not think the previous owner had it repainted for at least two years previous to that. My question is what are the possible issues if I do not repaint the bottom. Am I getting myself into a lot more trouble by not doing it, or is it primarily performance that is suffering?
