Edson Throttle

At the center of my throttle is a black cap with the neutral lockout button inside. It keeps coming off. I wrote to Edson and asked about this and they said to just glue the black cap back on to hold the button inside in place. I asked them what glue to use but have not received an answer. Anyone had this problem and what was the solution and/or type of glue to use?
