New to sailing, we're teaching ourselves mostly and lovin it. I bought a Mac 25 1980 mostly for the ease of trailering and the weight. The headroom really blows.. This should be an easy one.. How much headroom is there in an Hunter 25. Thanks, Mike.

Just sold my 25

Our first boat was a Boston Whaler 4.6 16 ft. day sailor. Learned to sail without a motor. Moved to the Mac 25 1983. Great boat to single hand. Very fast boat for its size. But as you stated, the head room was not great. Sleeping with wife and two little kids was an unbearable experience. So I found a 1996 H26. The difference is night and day. IF you plan on many overnights I would encourage you look at the 26.
